Summary:
Who Borderlands likes and has already played part 1 and part 2, for the game itself might be worth.
All those who have so far not played Borderlands, or not happy like a little kid when the dialogues begin, I would rather recommend to play the previous parts, and then to think - is my extension 50 value (!)?

Story:
Man is back on the road to collect tens of weapons to kill large opponents and to make Jack to Handsome Jack. But one comes to Pandora's moon 'Elpsis' and may also travel to the Hyperion station. The playable characters now all respond with voice output individually to the statements made by the NPC. There have been added many new characters (NPCs), but all is not the charm of a Hammerlocks or have Dr. Zed. However, some dialogues are witty and of course adult content.

Gameplay:
For the most part everything was just freshened from Borderlands 2 copy / pasted and then a bit. The new O2 kits and the pounding change the fighting immensely. This way you can quite quickly flee (double jump) or damage Accept while reloading (pitching) one. In addition, most opponents are interrupted by the pounding. Thus, the one anywhere can go almost, one discovers numerous invisible walls which I do not like as a discoverer. On the lava flows, holes and abysses one must first get used. I died at the beginning of the game several times by such. Later in the game however, this is no longer a problem.
Rating: 4/5 (as I now in every game the gravity of BLTPS miss)
Missions:
The story missions are not as gripping as the from Borderlands 2 - one simply performs a mission after another out. In between, sometimes you have to make a side mission to keep the difficulty. However, one can pass without side missions the story mostly.
The side missions are usually out of context, confusing and sometimes quite lame. One has the feeling one must constantly only from A to B run by someone to kill / to discover something.

Weapons:
Laser weapons! Laser weapons are actually pretty cool, even if the feeling does not do as much damage as other weapons. I hereby represent Torgues opinion and say 'pew pew pew, but shit! We want explosions! '. The weapons are repeatedly used in the game to complete a mission or to charge anything.
Kyrowaffen however, are absolutely helpful and become the best in the game. If opponents are frozen they shatter downright albeit an explosion projectile hits them. Must try times.
There are also the weapons converter (or Grinder) can be conjured up with the 3 old weapons or items new. This converter carries but only contributes to scrap its legendary weapons in the hope it would get something better. Finally, there is to say that legendary items are often available at dealerships as in the previous games.

Bosse:
Most bosses occur during story missions. Of this you can defeat the most part again and look forward to legendary Loot. Nevertheless, there are bosses, for which there is no access when you have completed the mission.
At 50 with passable Gear (4, 5 legendary items) but the bosses are too easy and there is no way to increase the difficulty. In my view, according to there are too few opponents, too little challenges which can arise after the conclusion of the game.

Challenges:
Who wants to make the Steam Achievment with all challenges has set itself an ambitious goal. While there are already some Guides to find the hidden chamber symbols, but there are so many challenges that you lose track. There are also challenges which can only be targeted during the story. This one must, if one is already 50 and has managed all that is best to make a new character and plan all the stuff. Ugh. Otherwise, the challenges are the Badass ranking as in Borderlands 1/2 and push again.

DLCs:
So far I have only the pre-order DLC 'Shock Drop Slaughter Pit'. The arena was both on Level 30 and Level 50 to be easy. The opponents were indeed adjusted to 50 on 50, but I have with 3 other people (which opponents are also stronger (should)) handles the opponents with ease.

Conclusion:
Who wants to spend on an extension really 50, I can not stop them. However, it would be wiser to wait for the Steam the game for 30 sold off unless you really want to know how the story progresses. The NPCs have often forced figures, the content is consumed after about 60 hours of play, and then you're bored in Borderlands .. and you should not be able to get bored Borderlands!
