... Happens relatively frequently but irregularly, if my MacBook Pro (Late 2013) is connected to the hub. Then only helps to reboot the notebook without a hub. Too bad, because the part is visually appealing - no use unfortunately because of Macke but for me.

Supplement: In my above review, the seller has reported on its own initiative and has made support: the stroke on the right side to the USB port on the Mac plugged, appears to resolve the issue. Since one day the device is working - I'm curious to see if the problem is really solved in the long term.
Anyway, I am positively surprised by the customer service - and give it 4 *
