That this is a good network camera, I can confirm that after 4 years. I am writing this review for exemplary service of the company. Instar. 8 days ago, the camera failed. I have received over the Amazon return function with instar contact and the next day I was offered to return the camera. The day after arrival the camera at Instar I was informed that they had changed the reset switch and the power supply. Two days later, the camera is back wierder. Conclusion: It is quite worthwhile perhaps when purchasing spend a few euros more for a INSTAR, because here you can really rely on the service. Incidentally, I have also an outside camera of INSTAR in use, easily and reliably!
