At first I was rather disappointed by this result. I then phoned Comedes and got a detailed consultation. The air in the room contains 60% humidity anyway only 0.35l water. But is also relevant to the perceived moisture, how much water is stored in the walls. Man must therefore first the air a long time dehumidify until the walls have become even drier. The dehumidification performance is not much better with my conditions with powerful devices, such as the LTR 600. Stronger devices are obviously only makes sense if the space is larger and has to be circulated in accordance with more air. I now therefore believes that even more dehumidification is not just possible. Basically, however, the dehumidifier does the job: The perceived air in the room has improved considerably. The dehumidifier is required especially when the dew point is higher than outdoors indoors and thus airing only brings in more moisture.
The noise sounds like a combination of heater and refrigerator. First, even the tank has rattled very loudly, which I resolved by I glued between the tank and take on both sides above each a 1mm strong Korkplättchen. So the sound of the dehumidifier is quite bearable, but clearly audible. I turn the dehumidifier therefore preferred, if I do not stop me in the room. I think that also makes sense, because if I'm in the room, I would often ventilate and then the dehumidifier would vain dehumidify the air from outside.
The only control is a humidistat knob. This also serves as a power switch. The operation is very easy and there is no power consumed when the dehumidifier is not running. If one sets the knob near the center position, the dehumidifier is always for maybe 10 minutes and then off again. In contrast, the manual is available, you should operate the dehumidifier never shorter than 35 minutes.
