I enjoyed this book for its décallé and humorous side and at the same time it allows a first approach to the Pilates for novices like me! Of course it is not enough on its own, I also buy the book "slim down with Pilates" from marabout who is more comprehensive and technical. But "Pilates lazy" lets get motivated to return to work when it's been that we have arrested and that is a little "depressed" (therefore need light) through work to do for our silouette find a self-image that could suit us. I recommend this book full of humor, lightness and more serious advice.
