Again, Andreas Scholl (who remarkably associated with Barbara Bonney here), offers a version of the Stabat Mater by Pergolesi which is probably the best trade today. It is a moment of pure happiness renewed with every listen. To advise all those who are not necessarily familiar with classical and sacred music; it is the best possible aprentissage!
