What rights I have a tablet and I want to do with it?
- I value a high-quality workmanship and a good integration of Hardt- and software, therefore came to me just a bit with Windows 8.1 or iOS into consideration. There are few Android tablets that come up to the build quality of Apple or Microsoft and Nokia, at least that's my opinion.
- I want my tablet like to use as a digital photo album, so family and friends photos show (I like to take pictures)
Surf liquid through the Internet -
- Posts in forums to submit, or just write Amazon reviews ;-)
- To read and write emails, calendaring and notes
- Good battery life
Why did I so chose the Surface 2?
My brother has an iPad 3, all I've seen so far has me very excited, processing, liquid operating system, surfing, everything super. But for me as a Tablet something like a netbook and then is for me also a USB port to and there is not. In my case it would have become an iPad Air, but the battery life and the very good display would have been, the entry is not too expensive, but I would not agree with the 16Gb and 32Gb are directly 100 due and when one is to be honest, 32 Gb are not much if you take no film and want to save photos to such a device.
I initially had reservations with Windows RT 8.1 and knew (how many probably) do not really know what RT means at all. Even I had never seen until day X no Surface 2 or times in the fingers.
I am then on day X in an electronics market in a Surface 2 run with attached Type Cover over after I had taken it once in the hand and the keyboard could try, there was almost no doubt more. I then at home first, some clips about Windows 8.1 looked at RT and a comparison between IPad Air and Surface 2, I drove back to the electronics market on the same day and have -D bought the Surface 2.
A few more background information:
I have a Windows 8 PC at home (for image heritage work and play), an Xbox 360 and a Nokia Lumia 925 or Nokia Lumia 930. Recently, a For me personally the concept Windows 8 goes on, logs you on all its devices with its Microsoft account, so that's really a well-rounded if it is the favorite in the Internet Explorer or synchronize automatically WLANs or passwords, the lockscreen or the desktop background are, but now back to the topic.
Pros
- Good interaction with other Windows 8 devices (smartphones and desktop PCs or laptops)
- Liquid stable operating system
- Good display (can with Apple but not keep)
- Spacious work speed
- Very good workmanship, I personally see here an advantage for Apple, the integrated kickstand is just great
- Type Cover, I can write 10 fingers and see herein truly a huge advantage, everything else is a cramp! Even if it's worth it is expensive !!! located
- By Mirco SD card slot again by up to 64 GB expandable!
- Fully-fledged USB 3.0 connection
- Screen expandable with display connection
- Free office suite! INL. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and OneNote (the latter is just really a great brilliant tool for notes / Notebooks and organizing information)
Cons
- Apps, I miss, for example, a painful Amazon Prime maintenance Video app, I drive every day train 2 hours and would look at me like to a movie on the go. But beyond a few apps are missing on the
- The price of the Type Cover
My personal conclusion:
The Surface 2 scores for me during the processing, the Type Cover, the liquid operating system and comes into its own in combination with other Windows 8 devices from fully. My wish for the future, that there are still a few more apps in the store, with Windows Phone, it looks as partly in store from better, by bringing together the different operating system versions, are here but probably more Appentwickler on the train jump.
My advice:
Try, absolutely! Sure, there are reasons to it, but also unique for
