The BG is great and fits perfectly on the D5300 (as usual by Meike). The Ackus can insert with no problem.
The cable for the shutter is a little too long and disturbs me a little - but for the the D5300 does not have any contacts for BG, yes can Meike nothing but Nikon (bad). Thus, this is the best possible solution. The Kammera wins definitely by the BG, both optich and praktich. Even in normal shooting, the greater the grip area has a positive effect, for a vertically-shots he's just super (thanks to the remote switch).
