I set photos and a video will come. The longer be seen on my YouTube channel "DerTestMichel".
I had 2 burgers presses ordered me to compare. The Saga of the form and of Gräwe.
The Sagaform is about 2 euros expensive, the saucer is made of plastic and it has a little deeper than the grooves of Gräwe. The Gräwe is 10 euros quite cheap, you get even 25 sheets of baking paper with this and the saucer is made of metal. Both presses have a handle which can be removed. Turn means when Sagaform and in Gräwe you need a screwdriver. The Sagaform can dry a little bit better, because it is smooth at the connection betw. Handle and plate.
I then once with water and once patties made with oil. So the short form dipped in water, molded a bale from the hack and this then placed in the saucer. Only then pressed a page forward, what squirts weggemacht with your finger on the side. A 180 degree rotation and the same then again. You can rotate a bit the grip whatsoever. Just look at the video how I did it there. Perhaps there are other possibilities, but I have come with this one quite well.
To take the Pattie out I this set on my hand and taken with the other, the lower joint. This one has to be a little move back and forth until the Pattie fall out.
When Sagaform this was felt better than that of Gräwe. Maybe it's the metal.
The experiment with the grease went much better and the patties could be more easily and quickly remove. Here, however, was that of Gräwe again a little more slowly than that of Sagaform.
I am then opted for the hamburger press of Sagaform. Although this is around 2 euros expensive, but I was able to personally make better Patties.
Greeting Micha
TIP:
If you press in the middle of Pattie purely a small indentation. So the Burger bulges whom you do not fry them.
