With 3 sons (24, 15 and 14) is our budget when it comes to gaming consoles, fairly well equipped.
Nintendo 64, 2x Wii, PlayStation 2, Xbox, Xbox 360 and PlayStation. 3
Now my youngest son wanted the PlayStation. 4
Since my oldest son has the PlayStation 3, we faced the question; Is it really worth?
The first answer of my elders; "I've ever played with the PS4, the size of the difference was not ..."
We came to the doubts, but have bought (at the insistence of my youngest) the PS4 + FIFA 14.
Since FIFA 14 was available for the PS3, the comparison of the difference was quite possible and yet impressive.
My elder revised his opinion, the first games with the PS4:
"That's so great, a stark contrast to the PS3!"
Apparently he had his former playing with the PS4 false memories ...
Mainly the differences in graphics and speed are noticeable.
In FIFA 14, the sharpness of detail, for example, is incredibly with the viewers.
Motion and game sequences are impressively fast and flowing.
Bearing in mind that the speed of the high resolution / detail sharpness suffers, then you can imagine how much more power plugged into the computing power of the PS4.
The new controller for the PS4 with the integrated touchpad allows a much better service.
Conclusion:
In our view, the Playstation 4 is its added cost of the Playstation 3 is definitely worth it.
Also, the transition from PS3 to the PS4 is worthwhile by the better "feel" for true gamers.
Those who value the best performance comes not currently past the PS4 ...
