Then I came across this stick here, and found it very interesting because of the shape and size of the memory to the low price. When I decided "give it a try".
I have the stick now for a little over a week, have already used him extensively, and am convinced to this day.
After about a week my review can of course not comment on the durability and reliability of the sticks - here he has to prove himself. I'll (if I do not forget that) later add an addendum.
The largest amount of data in a transaction I had last week - in the permanent folder I copied 6 Mail Archive each 8GB addition Raws of two shoots with 40GB together.
These were about 90GB in just over 20 minutes on the stick, which the specified write rate of 70 MB / s confirmed. I think that's enough afloat. However, the drive is turned "brooding" hot. To what extent this affects the durability remains to be seen. In another copy of around 10GB data it was only a little more than lukewarm. Certainly the warming is due to the form factor, but my large volume DTU G2 were slightly less warm.
Here are my keyword rating:
++ Very slender stick (no problem to computers where USB ports are close together)
++ Haptics
++ Processing perfectly
++ Excellent value for money
++ Very slick reading and writing
o If at longer copying very warm
o connector cover made of clear hard plastic (danger of breaking)
I can lift only the thumb and awarded 5 stars for a while brief but intense experience. The only downer, but not the acts derogatory, is the cheap plug cover, here a rubber cap would have been perfect.
