Syncronisation and Headset

True only if you are running a 32-bit Office. Outlook 2010 and 2013, in 64-bit are not supported and the support can not make a statement as to when there exists a update. Without the Syncronisation the phone is frankly useless, since neither the contact nor the calendars are synchronized and you had to enter everything manually.
