Another world ... 2 1

Reading this book leaves me doubtful. It is strongly based on ... bowel enemas (at least the long part that I read because I work so little passion that I have not done, which is very rare for me ). Sure, I know much more about it and am able to imagine enema positions worthy of the Kama Sutra. But I expected something else: we really feel that the book focuses only on the enema; what about the supply principles, vision of the mind ... I thought to find?
For cons, the author is interesting: his words are well documented, although I have reservations about medical reviews which cite medical techniques that seem obsolete. The author has unquestionably perfect knowledge of Ayurvedic and yogic culture, and cultural digressions are interesting. But this is not enough to make the book interesting.
In a word, the catchy title and reputation of the author had made me curious, I'm just disappointed.
