Stable currency love - solid album ...

... But Ralf Benschu is sorely missed! Since 1998 my multifaceted musicianship the band that it has implemented so terrific with their first four albums is missing. Norbert Leisegang writes strong songs - and I liked all the pieces of the new album. But only the first song - this time - manages to give me the old feeling of the witty virtuosity (as in the case of the axis, American Love, Amsterdam, God willing and and and). All other songs are good, but unfortunately too poor instrumentation: bass, guitars, drums, from time to time a few chords Piano. Where are the clarinet, accordion, saxophones, flutes, etc. go? Earlier it had (what a good song!) But not given a song like Valentine's Day flowers without goose bumps driving sax solo!
Well, after all, this album is much better than the horrible Frank Plaza productions before. Where one has already wondered where the hell the wind elements have remained! The drum is now back softer, the guitar no longer breaking ... in short, stable currency love has once again become a family album. Had the musicians took the time to orchestrate a bit more versatile, you could have given five stars here.
Ralf Benschu for me was the secret soul of the band, and now somehow missing the icing on the cake. They still tasted, but not as good as before.
