Sz rod has arrived in a really good packaged roll. Unpacked and first NEN Wow effect on the quality. The bar is really just in the studio. Only einzigst the spring locks are a bit cheap compared to the gym (you can buy new if you like it), but keep their promise. Slides does nothing for me. Also not rattle. I use the weight plates of Gorilla Sports of iron. Fits super and has a load capacity of 180kg Max (future delivery) Top!

Want to spend must-have for people that a little more money for ne rod and however they want to use for a few years. Norm is also maintained my old weight plates made of plastic fit on it. So people NEN small tip: Buy yourself only Gußeisengewichte, or rubber weights, they are not as wide and it can plan more weights. As a beginner, ranging from something but after a year you come already ran to the maximum.
