Positives:
My first impression: top handles, FG is easy to grip and comfortable to hold, not too heavy for if you hold without a tripod. It maps 1 A, clear, bright, sharp, high-contrast image!
Ideal for longer hikes, as rel. light weight.
Rotary wheel center to focus is smooth and easy to operate, also the eyepiece "rad" to diopter compensation.
The Augenmscheln can be folded down for eyeglass wearers.
The battery cover is well locked, it can commercially available batteries are used (you need for image stabilization).
Negative
As already often written: It would be desirable that the button for activating the image stabilizers could fix if necessary.
And unfortunately lacks a tripod mount (the Construction owed) or even the possibility of attaching an external tripod mount (such as the Kite Birdwatcher, as it is to fix them).
But would certainly increase the price a lot ....
Poor, I find that no protection is provided for the outlet glasses !!! The Okulargläser have. At the exit glasses you have to improvise. Did it kl me. Foam pads trimmed with whom I now bless these glasses.
Therefore, in summary a star deduction.
Conclusion: This FG is a top glass and the price / performance ratio was super.
Would buy again!
