No ... to the menu!

why a 'no'?
No idea what the Adobe developer thought in this release.
for example the menus have been reorganized, in the Layers palette, for example, the same functions
as agreed in version 9 to 10, only to completely elsewhere, the deep sense of such a change
remains for me truly hidden.
So far the options for tools such as brushes, etc. were very well solved:
discreetly on top of the screen and if necessary easy to reach,
now works a huge window on the bottom and displaced to be processed on the vision
