I want to thank Julien Venesson for his work. The book Nutrition Paleo is a real jewel, has lights years from that Robb Wolf and Mark Sisson. I believe THAT HE n`y no more on this subject on the market. The book is very pragmatic, endows d`un countless d`etudes, that`s rare to find a book of this quality. It really pushes to continue in this demarche paleo. J.Venesson reviews ALL d`aliments categories: cereals, potatoes, dairy products, Pools, salt, ethanol activities ... everything is clear, precise, rigorous written and very scientific. The book is designed for sedentary and sports enthusiasts in search of performance and health. For a neophyte nutrition, some passages may seem rather complex, nevertheless for those already having a very good base in dietetics, this book adds an incalculable number found on the internet d`informations.
