As a connoisseur and fan of the "Souls" games since the debut "Demon's Souls" I was full of anticipation of bloodborne. For gameplay much has been said in the various reviews. Dynamic Action and Stressed? Check! Entschlackteres crafting system? Check! The course is also accompanied by a limitierterem equipment and weapons ensemble. However, all changes go well with bloodborne. The rest is personal Gusto! What makes this game so special is the setting. I have long been waiting for a game that in HP Lovecraft's universe is settled. This applies namely to bloodborne not, yet an enormous number of parallels can be seen. The dark fantasy setting of the predecessor has been replaced by a bona fide horror scenario, with all the trimmings. Orrible Monster creations, dark forests and the centerpiece Yharnam, truly a monstrosity of a city. The difficulty is - though demanding - always fair. I am already quite far advanced in the game and find it easier and more accessible than its predecessors. However, the difficulty has been scaled back to a moderate level. Bloodborne remains challenging. The developer Hidetaka Miyazaki himself has said that he read as a child like books that made him mentally overtaxed and he could not understand properly. He wants to convey with his play this feeling. Bloodborne does not take the player by the hand and often leads Items and mechanisms a, can be understood only in the course of the season. Who is committing to the game rewarded with a great experience that is much too rare in this particular form in today's games!
