The Faceless - Akeldama

Some might complain that there are thousands of technical death metal bands, but with The Faceless does not wait the typical pabulum upon you, but rather the opposite. The well-produced debut album of the sextet (Jeff Ventimiglia - Singer, Michael Keene - guitar, Steve Jones - guitar, Brandon Giffin - Bass, Brett Batdorf - drums, Michael Sherer - Keyboard) from the United States presents itself as a mixture of atmospheric elements, brutality and technical sophistication. Especially singer Jeff Ventimiglia manages with his brutal voice, skilfully set the scene. In contrast, the keyboard parts of Michael Sherer unite the varied song structures and the circular plate from skillfully. Who bands like Beneath the Massacre, The Red Chord or Negrophagist say something which I strongly recommend visiting the MySpace page of The Faceless! Out tip: Song 2 - Pestilence
