I've eewig (to look mainly to my MKV's) looking for a multimedia device.
Before a few weeks I was with the player rumgeschlagen HiMedia Q10 2!
In and of itself a good device with many small gadgets, but with the MKV movies every now and then stuttering and audio dropouts. For me a reason to return the unit to the desert !!!
Now again in search of the '' Perfect device '' that does not exist antscheinend.
The Dune I would have not bought because of the bad reviews on Amazon.
A friend but said that these devices are stable and good player.
So Schei * on opinions and buy a try.
First optical impression -> Large, for my taste too big.
Decor was very simple.
User interface simple but clear.
The only drawback -> All the settings are distributed very cumbersome (eg general settings, system settings, Miscellaneous ......)
After a time, I play around pocketed my 3.5 inch 2TB HDD.
Everything is running without any problems ONLY THE FAN.
How the hell can I install a so nervensägendes device at dießer price range ?? !!!
So the same searches for settings and found -> Fans -> OFF!
I do not think that there are temperature problems.
Now the film play.
My MKV movies are played smoothly and without sound interruptions!
A look at the AV Reciver tells me that no DTS signal arrives from Dune.
Meanwhile nevertheless already annoyed by the device now goes a little back to the google and Rumsuchen,
As virtually nothing is useful in the Betriebsanweißung !!!!
Then after some time I could in the Audio Settings the settings Find and now everything works fine!
Pictures and music are reproduced without problems.
I just do not know how I can run music in the background during a slideshow.
But I think that goes well I like.
Although Internet radio works but only partially. Many stations do not or only in poor quality.
Now the conclusion:
Just buy and do not let things get equal.
The device is certainly one of the best in this category, because it simply is not perfect!
I hope my Rezesion is a little help! ;-)
