I have vinyl edition of 69 as my only comparison that will make over this old edition. When listening to this version remastered, which jumps on the ears, it is the separation of instruments. We feel that each instrument was to mix independently to be the best balanced as possible in relation to the whole. It shows a better spatialization all and the voice of Plant arises quite distinct and clearly. The sound is better defined, more "round" but it loses a little fishing youthful appearance to offer a more mature delivery and better controlled. The attacks are less chiseled page while being more detailed. At times it looks like a tech demo like this year managed to bring out the limits of the time records. In short, I find this new listening easier and enjoyable but certainly less dynamic than that of time.
