Diagnosed gluten intolerant since 2009, I think I have bought all that was published in gluten free cooking (no choice if I want to feel good and fit, gluten for me it's over and I will not go into rear). Most gluten free cookbooks focus on breads, buns, cakes, pies, crumbles, pancakes short on anything that is made with flour. This is the new of a kind because it is much wider and gives very good ideas to vary the menu every day. Notice very positive for me.
