A nice book that makes you want to do good, colorful and sparkling with beauty tips, yoga, little tricks, pretty pictures but especially original and tasty recipes, all without gluten or animal products with ingredients fresh, healthy, seasonal, and easy to find, market, supermarket and food store. Very few if any products based on soy either. Many of these recipes revisit "classic" in inventive, fresh and tasty, and provide fun and innovative ways of cooking vegetables, eg NYC cheesecake with cream cheese cashew, pad Thai with garnish Ugly, _not_ Guilty burger steak fries with millet and vegetable chips, the "green pizza" on socca paste, love lasagna lasagne which are replaced by slices of zucchini, spaghetti squash the puttanesca, sushi where rice is replaced with white radish ... Salads, soups and dishes made from cereals or less facetious lenses also light but still with good things; lots of desserts too, with small American key (brownies, cupcakes, scones) revised version "green" ... Most of the recipes are easy to make and the proportions are given for 1 or 2 people. It will be understood that we should not look here for basic recipes to feed a family on a daily basis but rather cool ideas for small meals, solo, duo or friend (e) s, full of originality, color and flavors.
