Structure:
The Flipcase consists of a plastic frame, in which the Nexus is clamped at three points. On the sides of the frame is about 1/3 as high as the Nexus 5; however, at the places where audio jack, loudspeakers / Quiet rocker, on / off button, charging beech and speakers are deeper recesses. The actual leather envelope consists of two layers stitched together leather, smooth on the outside black, inside brown and soft. This leather case is bonded to the plastic tray. On the top there is a moderately strong magnet, as well on a tab at the front of the envelope. A cutout exists only for the camera and flash on the back.
Haptics and processing:
The processing of the case is flawless. Both the smooth leather exterior, as well as the soft leather interior have no manufacturing defects. The seam around it is just and bonding also perfectly fine. The mobile phone is firmly seated in the plastic tray and has no play. It can not just fall out. It can be used easily and take out again by bending the plastic tray slightly outward. It also does not sit so tight that you have to be afraid to scratch the soft-touch back of the Nexus. There are no sharp edges. All buttons can be achieved easily.
The magnetic closure is smooth, so you can open the cover with a thumb. The cover is therefore only slightly locked by the magnet. Thus, the cover also when closed sliding to the left and right, for example, in your pocket. The fact that there is no opening for the charging socket, you have to let the case open when charging. This could possibly be a problem if you accidentally turning a blind the cover while the charger cable is plugged in (leverage charger plug and USB socket). The notification LED can not be seen, of course, with cover closed logically.
. Dimensions incl Nexus are: Broad 7,1cm, long 14,6cm, thickness 1.6 cm
Price / Performance: The P / L ratio is outstanding Priced at about 7 at the time of purchase. The case is clear-quality, as one would expect it at such a price.
Conclusion: Very good Case. I would buy it again. Criticisms are the weak magnet which is also a benefit is (one-handed opening) and the lack of recess for charging beech, but what I had already known the purchase based on the pictures and would therefore not justify a devaluation.

UPDATE (12/12/2013)
Today is my mobile phone, including Case dropped (50cm, on carpet). The mobile phone has become detached from the casual shell upon impact and is weitergekullert. Something really should not happen. The holder does not seem so easy to grasp how it appears at first glance. (-1 Stern)
