Successfully tested I above combination so far on a W202 Bj.2001 than C180!
Important note for all ignorant: The 38pin Kontakter has access only to the engine control unit and not to other control units in order error regarding ESP / read airbag (at least not at W202).! This requires professional equipment.
But who is aware and wants to read only the fault memory of the engine management system, you should consider purchasing here.
The adapter is solid and shows, so I would argue that this part could also use in the workshop area of vulnerability!
