A battery grip the toilet

Following intensive deliberations, I decided nevertheless to buy the original battery grip for my EOS 5D MIII. Processing had initially solid and stable (which you certainly pay a heavy weight). My first time minor complaint was the spartan acting fixing plastic. The control wheel does not produce very reliable impression and despite a tight fixation, had the handle on the camera at all times small play.

The handle I kept but then and had him in recent months quite often in use (about 4 times per week). Up to a point the price for this now really no longer acceptable. The rubber coating began to peel away from the edges and after 4 months of use (!). This is a brand product that I provide high quality claims to tolerate in any way, and certainly not for these salted price!

Here you pay once more the name, the product has disappointed me. It does certainly a much cheaper alternative (some of them even with a metal screw).

The BG-E11 joins therefore not in the otherwise good range of products made by Canon.
