Then are there but things that really bother me:
- The device will depend partly on without erfindlichen reason. Then it responds back (not on the on / off switch) to buttons on the device nor to signals from the remote control. Solely separating the device from the mains to the rescue.
- The device is more than just hot during operation. That may not be so bad if it is open, but in my hi-fi rack doors must now remain open.
- Processing (materials such as the front) are the price just is not appropriate.
- The display shows unfortunately due to its small size is not much useful. Who wants to have real information, which must have connected a TV.
- A guide in vain. Who, for example, would enable the Audio Return Channel, this information may search from the Internet.
And then comes the reason for me not to draw a star from: the support. So grottige response times, I've never experienced. On 01/10/2015 I have contacted the support because of the strong heat development and the sporadic shutdown. And then I was able to wait ... and wait ... and wait ...
When I no longer have been expected to answer, then came actually still a - on 03.02.2015.Die was also unfortunately mediocre helpful. Why a company needs more than three weeks to respond to a request, do not open up to me, but is not a sign of customer friendliness. The problem was not solved by the response of the support, but by updating the firmware - whereupon the support did not come to speak a word.
From the purchase of the equipment, I can only advise. The functions, there is certainly also with other receivers, but since then certainly with better support.
