Feel and build quality
************************
The lamp is made entirely of light alloy and of impeccable production quality! There is not the slightest fault. The weight is incl. A 18650 Li-ion batteries with 221 g. This is easy enough to take away and at the same time hard enough to feel a sense of value. The threads are clean cut, greased and easily. The anodization is carried out impeccably.
The switch has a well-defined pressure point. The Smart-ring for adjusting the illumination runs beautifully defined and is absolutely free of play. The whole lamp makes an extremely robust impression, except for the addition mountable Tactical ring (of the whole lamp disfigured) is all made of metal, coated glass lens and scratch resistant. Unfortunately, the quality of the wrist strap does not fit so well into the otherwise almost perfect image.
Design and functionality
*****************
The flashlight has a very interesting, martial style. I like very much! The brightness can be adjusted continuously by means of a so-called smart-ring clockwise. From virtually zero to respectable 960 lumens.
The light color tends to be rather a bit warmer and the light cone fairly evenly. Although the lamp is quite extensive (300 m) it is lit and the environment very well. In this respect, good for the SRT7 as universal flashlight for various activities. Although SRT7 is designed as tactical police flashlights for military, police or hunters, making them as a lamp for night walks etc. an equally bad figure.
If you turn the Smart-Ring a further stage in a clockwise turn on the lamp in the strobe mode. Counterclockwise to successively switches the colors red, green and blue, a red and blue police car changing mode "and a barge signal.
So ultimately quite a few more or less for a flashlight useful functionalities or gimmicks.
Power is supplied either via 2 CR123A lithium batteries or better over a 18650 Li-ion battery with protection circuit board (PCB).
Light output
**********
Judging by the compact size is the Lechtkraft with 1,000 ANSI lumens quite remarkable. Tend the luminous characteristic is towards Thrower, even if it is not here a thoroughbred trimmed to reach copy. The SRT7 is still a universally-to-use flashlight.
The 300 m range, which the manufacturer indicates here I have not measured it, but the SRT7 Revenger actually lights up quite far. In any case, far enough that you can still see Details. The 960 lumen are absolutely real, unlike some other indication of a fantasy discounters.
But also the risk for retinal One should be aware that emanates from this extreme light sources. So never look directly at the lamp and anyone shine directly into the eyes! And in the hands of children, this lamp belongs certainly not!
Negatives
******
The wrist strap I had already mentioned, unfortunately, it fits so not at all to this extremely high-quality lamp. The brightness of the color LEDs is very low. But that's about all, otherwise the lamp is nearly perfect.
Conclusion
****
Of course, the lamp is also quite expensive at around 100 Euros. Track gauge lamp fetishists, the SRT7 Revenger definitely an enrichment, but even if one belongs to actually target audience, the lamp has a real value. Strong buy recommendation!
