The delivery took really long (but I was prepared for) and the package came in a "Airmail garbage bag", which has fully stunk my whole (small) room within 2-3 hours. After unpacking I have directly carried out a test on my onboard sound card that is very good for an onboard card (with 7.1 Sourrund, good Digitalizer etc.). Sound was okay, but you had really pure cry and to increase the level in Windows brings only additional noise and a reduction in the quality (The Realtek noise reduction is not the bearer). So I have got the mixer, the eigendlich a Christmas gift as Charaoke device was taken out of the living room and plugged by 3.5 to 6.7 mm adapter in a line in connector. Result: Nothing. Well, was not to be expected much else. After reconnecting to my computer showed in Audacity on the right channel noise, which crossed the border and -24 dB on the left channel was a violent noise to be heard. So plug in, out, PC-restart ... But the noise remained. At other microphones, the noise was audible now and it seems as if my sound card easily damage the microphone. So Never connect the cable to the mixer. After the quality off more and more and the noise grew, I went to the next Conrad and Renkforce've AT-100 + XLR cable for 50 Euros granted. The sensitivity is much better, the quality of higher and I am completely satisfied with the matrimonial decision, but I have a test basis joined the Hunt Gold with the new XLR cable. Lo and behold! it works! It sounds much worse than the Renkforce, but better than ever on the computer. Conclusion: There are advantages and disadvantages, which the micro is a good choice for undemanding Skyper. 1 * deduction for destruction of my soundcard (Ok, I was also a little guilt) 1 * deduction for excessive noise, not so great audio quality and stench.
