100Ah car battery which had discharged after some time (not really fully discharged) and to try to charge the Eufab with 8,3V, as appears defective and the charging attempt is aborted.
I then loaded the battery with a small round "10x weaker" Battery coach a couple of hours, and lo and behold, the Eufab recognizes the battery as 12V battery, suddenly even has 2 bars on the display and invites with 14,1V as it should be
This means there must be a summons, which is total bullshit and deeply discharged batteries can be so despite Description surely make when they are not even recognized hardly fit.
This is a serious problem and makes chosing very valued and actually very easy to use Eufab the only charger in the house unusable.
Well, then I have a go almost 3 times as expensive Ctek MXS 5 of shame.
Update 6.5.14: Have the same battery now CTEK MXS 5 drangehängt and after some time in the standby (lower LED on the Ctek looks), it begins to charge.
I thought at first it does not recognize the battery, but has it after all.
My battery has its own LED that lights up green when full, which she has now for the first time again since the purchase of 4 years ago, with a normal charger 10a Einhell I was not never so full, even after 48 h. (CTEK has the deal in less than half the time)
Short danch I have made a Power Station of Einhell fit again, which is completely empty for 3 years and has since not been used.
Thought it would be broken, but the Ctek hats packed.
You can hear the Ctek also correct the steps. (Like NEN old 56k modem when dialing ^^)
Is also top processed, albeit from China, but what the heck.
CTEK is pretty hot at level 3, one should respect the plan is it free.
Conclusion: If you buy cheap, buy twice, is not always true, but here already.
