Have indeed considered long which I take for my 70 year old grandmother and am well served. The battery lasts min. 3 weeks at her. It is handy. The many settings are fine and the ringer is very loud adjustable. Easy operation, large backlit buttons and on-screen menu. The burn time can be adjusted. Oh, I can really recommend.
