I just purchased this book and started this regime.
About the book itself:
-Intéressant, Plus it contains menus for each phase.
-Sometimes A little fuzzy, but it remains broadly consistent
-The Booklet that came with is very useful, it is a synthesis of the book and contains a list of foods based on their GI.
Concerning the practice of the regime:
-There Are 3 phases, the duration varies person's goals.
-I Found the first difficult phase and I cracked each time on forbidden foods. Nevertheless, I lost 2kg without being restrictive.
-The Second phase, which lasts until the desired weight loss is much more affordable.
-There Was then a consolidation phase.
I find this well constructed plan, and without fuss to count calories or points. Apart from the first phase, it is not too restrictive and safe for health. After several days very sweet foods no longer want, I can do without it without problems while I was a true sugar addict.
