Here it is now 4 years that I have this slow cooker, the first two years I'm me not many recipes served fault "traditional French". I was mainly Canadian recipes with imperial measurements and found improbable or products. But the slow cooker for 2 years has been democratized and now there are a few recipes books with which you can really enjoy this unit, ended the incessant pchitt pchitt the pressure cooker all night to prepare lunch the next day at noon. I prepare the evening and using a timer (pity that the crock pot does not have a delayed start) my dish begins to cook at night and everything is ready for lunch when we go. The only fault I found him is the quality of the "pot", it discolors, is my spot and foods such as beans for good cassoulet stick to the walls, every time I have great difficulties to clean it ... I think even invest in another crock.
