I really understand the pricing policy of Adobe no longer now. I bought about 2 years ago CS5 Student & Teacher Creative Suite for around 300. As of today can still work fine with the software. At 1 year, there might be that I would like to update due to the development. Thus the cost of his time 300 would be distributed over a period of 3 years, makes ergo 100 per annum; a fair price for someone who uses the software is not commercially (use as a hobby photographer from the suite anyway just Photoshop and Fireworks and Dreamweaver for my private photo-HP).
Now here 345 called only for 1 year, which saw the annual cost is equivalent to a price increase of 245%.
Thus the Adobe Drops is sucked for me. I will use the software for some time and then look "better or worse" for alternatives outside of Adobe. PS Elements is for me as an ambitious PS-user (since 3:51 under Win95) no alternative.
I hope least Lightroom remains once spared from the subscription model.
