Product and Service Sucks .....

Hi, I bought the battery with a clear conscience, because my old just kept 10hrs. After receiving the goods, the eintraff late, and fully charged. What a miracle the new hold as long as the old. After several letters from the seller got from Amazon provided a warranty claim because the seller has not responded to email's.
