Jaime apply it on my dry hair before styling, while my hair is smooth and shiny, and more "docile"
I also lappliquerai after shampooing and, apparently, the penetration and diffusion will be better (but still small dose)
I would add that a few days after my hair is much improved (my mirror had told me in confidence, but I was convinced when my husband told me himself spontaneously says they are beautiful your hair ...)
