I bought SEVERAL of these USB tuner. in the past. AverMedia Volar green is the best to date. Installation without problem under W8.1. Intuitive user interface for both, detection and quick scan rather cannaux, the tuner is more sensitive than my tv, easy DVR function of use, I really struggle to find something negative.
