After I was satisfied very long time, the G Watch R went from a second on the other broken. Only the display flickered, then changed color display and at the end you could barely see anything. The remaining functions seemed still to run. I contacted the support, this sent me immediately a return note for contractors from LG. After a few days then came back the clock by DHL Express. What then let me depart from the faith was the fact it was neither a fixed nor a new clock in a box. One would have my clock wrapped neatly and attached a hefty cost estimate. According to the technician had my clock a Waaserschaden aka Q2 Water Damage. I called again on the support, demanded an explanation like a clock which is IP67 certified, without ever having seen a swimming pool may be leaking. I also questioned the warranty. The Support wrote a complaint on my behalf. I had to send in still by email the picture of the customer service. There, the humidity indicator could be seen behind the bottom of the clock. A typical component that is present in almost every. Again a few days later I got the answer from the support. As might be expected, I am personally responsible for the damage. Stand in the answer, I would know how best because water has come in. it would be nice!
All good experiences are now all of a sudden .... history.
