Very happy. My sporting goals require flexibility (like many in fact), and this book is really a good guide as to stretch that building. I use it regularly. Apart from a coach to certain movements, the great majority helps to relax alone without either resorting to the equipment (bench, ball, ...). Not negligible at all.
I really recommend it. Detailed image with an explanation next, and the level of difficulty of movements. It's also very nice to see how difficult it can be in more complex movements and that after some time, you end up doing nothing like :-).
