Already owners of a DC23 Complete for several years, we ordered the new model with the Ball technology for the floor (80% parquet, tiles 20%) to have a dedicated vacuum cleaner on each floor and thus avoid the up / down each time. It is hoped that the technology will be useful because Ball spaces are smaller upstairs (bedrooms, bathroom, ...). It is smaller, lighter, more design; I hope that by cons is not as fragile. I preferred the old winding pipe system of previous models. With this new model, I feel every time that the device will as soon as I let go of the handle rests in the fixture, besides it takes more volume when stored. In addition, it is necessary brushes with special holder to use this fixation system; with my special brush articulated prosecutor that I had, it is not possible to attach the handle to the ball. I still have to connect the plug to try :)
