Now for the negatives.
Sound:
Attached was the headset via the decoder, this box was connected with with using Optical Wire to the sound card and a USB port via a second cable of my PC, just as prescribed.
Spatial sound is zero exists. With a sound test, I did not detect a difference to sound from the front and sound from behind, also is very difficult to a difference between the rear left and rear right to be heard.
Bass is heard little or not at all, only a slight dröppeln. Oddly enough, the bass in the TeamSpeak, which I read over USB drive, much better, but you do not need this as much bass, more balanced highs.
Changes to the sound settings in the game, div. Media player or in the OS itself brought no result.
In the whole also the sound was very metallic.
In Battlefield 3, I wanted, full of anticipation, the test 5.1 system, but again, I was disappointed, very poor sound, all too pale, bass, as described above, very weak and above all very messy and anything but soft finish ,
In the movie "300" I now wanted to test the 5.1 system again, simply to prevent that I'm doing something wrong, here the heights were really very good, but again dirty bass and especially not a 5.1 although this has been selected in the Player
I have tested a movie with 5.1 in DTS encryption, here should eigtl., With deactivated Pro Logic, the corresponding lamp View on DTS decoder that this receives signals, however, this lamp has at no time a reaction shown here also no perceptible 5.1.
Micro:
I had with the micro also many problems, but I have this can eliminate the majority and are not worth mentioning.

When I wear glasses does this headset very pressed onto the bracket, partially ao very I always had to push down my glasses as they took off of my nose, wearing glasses will how annoying that is.
I have in these parts always sweating, I was indeed said that this was normal with closed headsets, but I still think that you could take care of something like this should be avoided.
Others:
Outside the headset everyone could hear, what is said or played, which must only decide for himself how he feels that.

Finally, I would say that I've tried allles to bring the headset to run properly, I have total of two weeks busy with everything, tested and adjusted, but I could at this headset, at least at the sound, not achieve any success, what is really very sad for the company Tritton.
