I must add my voice to the many previous reviews, unfortunately. After 18 months on the headset my friends Medusa is well over now. The complete left earpiece is dead and there is no sound more of themselves. For just 50 euros because I have been expecting a little more life. Consider now, either to buy something really expensive, or 10 Euro scrap the one replaced without excitement every year.

PS: The felt covering the ears is actually a real Staubmagnet .... :)

EDIT:
I increase of 2 to 3 stars. Reason: the processing seems not to be the best, but the customer service from Speedlink is super! The headset was unhesitatingly exchanged even after the warranty!
