The first item I have ordered what RMA. But the customer support from Intecro GmbH has contacted me the VERY NEXT DAY after I sent a not functioning part back. The replacement came very fast.
I'm using now MP-50000 (I deciede to try the bigger vrsion), Which I connect to my Dell notebook. Despite required 19.5 V Input Voltage for my Dell notebook works with 20V from XTPower MP-50,000. First attempt of using powerbank Took longer than 4 hours (watching video from HDD), at the end powerbank what about 60% -full.
Charging iPhone is very simple just connect the USB cable and wait, time of charging is like with normal power socket.
I like XTPower MP-50,000.
