I found this great shows connected !! In addition to giving time and day, it analyzes my day and my nights (sleep)! So I finally got back through its application (usable on PC, tablet and phone) a balanced diet or in any case does not make me fat. Indeed I could see my diet differently and understand where did my weight gain. I acknowledge that I voilais face far but HR burden put me in front of reality and helps me improve day by day. So, I have already lost 3 kg in one month, while I am pleased but by monitoring my diet compared to what I had eaten that day. A great help to all those who want to take control! :-) I've converted 3 people around me who are very happy!
