First of all. If you compare a bridge camera (from the lower price segment) with an SLR, which has already lost in advance. Is like a Porsche compare with a Golf. That is simply nothing ..... Here is my first review on the Fujifilm FinePix SL300. I must say, I've done so far still no experiences with a bridge camera, and therefore still have to learn a lot. For a detailed description, I just let the outside before. Has been already some reports about it. In my view, the camera takes good photos. For because the price is fine. The video function on the other hand I do not find so appealing. On the one hand I have a noise on it (audio signal, although no zoom used), on the other hand, the file is saved as uncompressed AVI file. Thus, the files are very large. But because the FinePix is a camera that is of no consequence to me. For videos I have a video camera. But I still have to deduct a star. Have there recently noticed that has accumulated inside a dust accumulation on the LCD screen. Must have happened in the assembly. I myself have the camera only since 12 days .............. Is not much but to see. Therefore but the camera send them back? Nope, I do not. In this case, I can clean it yourself. Simply turn out 8 screws and remove the cover. This is what I do, but only after the warranty period. Probably more will be there in the meantime accumulate ** gg **. Just take a look........... Conclusion: Good camera with a small snag ..............
Addendum: There is a firmware update. More information can be found here: [...] To check the version of the camera, does the following: Disp / Back - Hold down the key and turn on the camera (because switch also stop). After a few seconds, the saved version is displayed.
