I bought this disc in September 2014 and, although its appearance is "cheap" and his bizarre labeling, I used it several weeks without problem. I then changed the configuration of my pc, this disc removed and stowed in a drawer. When I stood in 6 months later he stopped working: it was a sound of friction and no longer recognized by the BIOS. On the Amazon website I could not find how to return this disk for repair or replacement under warranty, so I contacted customer service sent me a return label to return although the purchase was more than 6 months. I dropped the disc in a Paris station one morning around 9:30, around 17h I received an email saying that the article had been received and they proceeded to a refund and the next day the amount was credited back to my account, I don ' hesitate to make me understand when things are not going well but when it is it must be said also, and then I say "Hats off Amazon!"
