the game itself is both technically and game-driven super (appropriate hardware provided).
However, there is a big knockout Krtiterium which me and many others read refrain from buying the game: Origin.
To play the game, EA's online platform Origin must be installed. Without Origin game and zukunftüge EA games (Mass Effect 3) is not working.
If the EULA (= GTC) Perusing of Origin, then one only fear and worry are. By accepting the EULA may EA:
1. Your computer scan knees to try and what hardware is installed. Unpleasant, but still understandable. One also wants to have reasonable patches.
2.Deinen computer scan knees to try and what applications, IP address, browser history, types of files, browser cache etc you use. In principle, EA may look at your complete computer with all the files and programs. You have data from work on your computer? Ea knows. You can also find really great holiday photos. Even your Internet behavior (whether or not sleazy pages) evaluate it and send you right type advertising. And best of all: you do not get it again with when and how often they access your computer, because they have your permission to do it again and again. When you want and as often as they want.
3. Many users complain that the Origin PC slows greatly and needs a lot of power. The entire system is noticeably slower!
4. It agrees to waive the dispute to legal action. The only way that one remains in dispute is to uninstall Origin is. The data collected has EA then anyway !!! Moreover, this clause is legally not withstand.
5. Your data may be processed by EA in other countries and continent. The clause is prohibited per se, because no one is allowed to spread across the globe your data easy.
6. You verplichtest you look up myself whether EA has changed the EULA at a later date. EA is not obligated to inform you to change! In plain English: If subsequently the rule of EA established that your personal data may be passed on to third party, then you get it only when it's too late. Perhaps you will have indeed junk mail from your online casino or your Lieblingserotikadarstellerin home. That would have something!
Do not get me wrong: I like the Battlefield series. I was very happy to BF3 and the guys from DICE have done a great job. But Origin in its current form does not go. One should think not, "What the heck ?! main thing I can finally gamble BF3!". This unfortunately nowadays widespread consumer behavior, you give the global big business simply too much power. It's nothing to what EA did you and your family on the computers.
I have EA informed that I will not buy me any games that run only with Origin, for the PC, but only for console. Since I find EAs behavior very bold, I'm going to buy these games even 2 months after release on the used market. So EA looks to me a penny (I support the not too!) And I can play the games still legally without Origin.
I'm going to buy Battlefield3 only for the PC, if the EULA be changed by massive protests and department refusing. I myself have written to the Consumer Protection NRW. There is a petition online for a Battlefied 3 sales in Germany were up stop the EULA changed. I ask you: Will yourself active and involved you in the protest. Only when many complain to EA or, consumer protection, then maybe the EULA are abgändert. If not then are many popular games (FIFA, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Battlefield, Star Wars MMO and many more) to run in the future only with Origin and EA knows about every glass users know!
