The only shortcoming: The dough processing is a bit tedious with this machine, but that's not so bad, as we have a food processor for kneading dough, which is a lot stronger for us. But I would never attempt such as seitan in this machine to be set, which makes the engine certainly not with long and particularly well blended, it is probably not because seitan still the same is very compact and tough.
