Second positive point in my opinion, the buttons on the top. If we are ever so cleaning can potholder, buttons old Senseo (located just under the coffee receptor) were a nightmare because they were very fast "encrusted" coffee that even a thorough cleaning could no not to completely remove. Problem solved with this version and its top buttons.
Also I particularly appreciate its square design, more compact than other Senséo saves considerable space on an already crowded work plan and I find that melts more easily in a modern kitchen.
As for coffee, I found him very honestly taste exactly the same as that of other Senséo: we are not in that of a conventional coffee maker or in that of an espresso machine (design, may at this level be misleading for some no doubt). And I also want to clarify: no plastic taste on my model.
